FAQs

How do I make an appointment?

The most efficient way to make an appointment is to call our office during business hours. You are also able to email, fly-in, or even discuss appointment availability in person.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

It helps to bring any previous aircraft records, a copy of your Private Pilot License, Plane Registration, and Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate if applicable.

How does billing work?

Effective September 1, 2023 we will require a 50% deposit at the time of your annual inspection booking. The remaining 50% will be collected at end of the inspection.

We will honor a 10% discount on your inspection cost if paid in full at time of booking.

Upon the completion of your annual inspection (should you require any further maintenance needs) an estimate for repairs will be sent via email. We will begin necessary repairs once we have recieved your approval and full payment.

Invoices are payable in person, online or by phone.

Please Note: Estimates over $2000 require payment up front.
